What does “2 connections” mean?

A connection means one stream being watched at the same time.

Your subscription includes 2 simultaneous connections, so two streams can be active at once.

Need more simultaneous streams? Each additional pack provides 2 additional simultaneous connections for $10 per month per pack, billed upfront for your chosen subscription term. For example, one pack gives you 4 total connections; two packs give you 6.

Yes. Twelve monthly payments total $300; the 1-year plan is $270, saving $30. The 2- and 3-year terms offer a lower effective monthly price.

Are connections the same as devices?

No. Connections refer to streams being used simultaneously, rather than simply the number of devices on which your service is configured.
