Billing, Renewals, and Payments
This guide explains how GWN TV billing and renewals work, what information to include with a payment, and what to do if your service does not renew as expected.
Before Making a Payment
Make sure you know:
- The GWN TV account you are paying for
- The plan or number of connections you want
- The amount due
- The payment method you are using
Do not send a payment to an address, account, or payment destination unless it was provided by GWN TV through an official GWN TV page or support channel.
Paying by Interac e-Transfer
If you are paying by Interac e-Transfer, send the payment using the instructions provided by GWN TV.
When possible, include enough information in the transfer message to identify the account being renewed.
For example, include:
- Your GWN TV username, if requested
- The email address associated with the account
- The plan or number of connections being renewed
Do not include your GWN TV password in the e-Transfer message.
How Long Does a Renewal Take?
Many renewals are completed quickly, but payment processing and account updates are not always instant.
After sending payment:
- Confirm the transfer shows as sent or deposited on your side.
- Allow time for the account to be updated.
- If your service does not update after a reasonable period, contact GWN TV Support with the payment details.
Do not send the same payment a second time unless GWN TV Support tells you the first payment was not received.
Service Expired but Payment Was Sent
If your service has expired and you have already paid:
- Check that the payment was sent to the correct destination.
- Confirm the payment shows as completed, deposited, or accepted.
- Force close your IPTV player.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Open the player again and test the service.
- If the account still appears expired, contact GWN TV Support.
Payment Was Sent for the Wrong Account
If you believe you sent payment for the wrong GWN TV account, contact support as soon as possible.
Provide:
- The email address used for the payment
- The amount sent
- The date and approximate time of the payment
- The GWN TV account you intended to renew
Do not send another payment until support confirms what happened to the first one.
Changing Your Plan
If you want to change the number of simultaneous connections or move to a different plan, contact GWN TV Support before paying unless the website gives you a specific upgrade or renewal option.
This helps make sure the correct amount is paid and the correct plan is applied.
Renewing Before Your Service Expires
You do not necessarily need to wait until the service expires before renewing.
If you renew early, make sure you are renewing the correct account and plan.
If you are unsure how early renewals are handled for your account, contact GWN TV Support before sending payment.
Payment Confirmation
Keep your payment confirmation until the renewal is complete.
If support needs to verify a payment, useful information can include:
- The amount
- The date and time
- The payment status
- The sender name or email address
- The reference or confirmation number, if available
Do not send banking passwords, security answers, card PINs, or other private banking credentials to GWN TV Support.
Before Contacting Support
Please have the following information ready:
- The email address associated with your GWN TV account
- Your GWN TV username, if available
- The amount paid
- The date and approximate time of payment
- The payment method used
- Whether the payment shows as completed or deposited
- Whether your service is currently active, expired, or showing an error
